Be Happy Work and Travel has decided to help some of you become remote workers. We present you our project SAME CHANCE.
The goal of the project is training and retraining of 52 candidates from Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Croatia, Moldova, Montenegro, North Macedonia, Hungary, Romania, Serbia and Kosovo, Ukraine within the European youth project - Same Chance.

One of the sponsors of the project is the eponymous British remote work platform from London, UK.
The "Same Chance" project involves retraining candidates in the following areas: Digital Marketing, Email Marketing, Copywriting, Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Graphic design and Voice-over in collaboration with HubSpot Academy USA, Coursera, Google Analytics Academy, Google Digital Garage and others.
After informal retraining, candidates will gain basic knowledge for performing jobs in these areas, and they have many opportunities for remote employment through many platforms for finding jobs, but also in the companies in the immediate vicinity.
Who can apply?
The plan for the selection of registered candidates is as follows:
Anyone between 18 to 25 years, who has 7 to 10 hours a week to study for 16 weeks.
English test B2 or English test C1
B levels - English Independent User
English test B2 (Upper - Intermediate)
Can understand the main ideas of complex text on both concrete and abstract topics, including technical discussions in their field of specialisation. Can interact with a degree of fluency and spontaneity that makes regular interaction with users of the target language quite possible without imposing strain on either party. Can produce clear, detailed text on a wide range of subjects and explain a viewpoint on a topical issue giving the advantages and disadvantages of various options.
Start the upper-intermediate English test B2.Similar to Cambridge First Certificate- English FCE certificate, BEC Vantage, BULATS score 60-74, CLB/CELPIP 6-7, CAEL 60, IELTS levels 5-6, TOEFL 87-109.
C levels- Proficient English User
English test C1 (Advanced English)
Can understand a wide range of demanding, longer texts, and recognise implicit meaning. Can express themselves fluently and spontaneously without much obvious searching for expressions. Can use language flexibly and effectively for social, academic and professional purposes. Can produce clear, well-structured, detailed text on complex subjects, showing controlled use of organisational patterns, connectors and cohesive devices.
Start the advanced English test C1.Similar to Cambridge Advanced (CAE), BEC Higher, BULATS score 75-89, CLB/CELPIP 8-9, CAEL 70, IELTS level 7, TOEFL 110-120, TOEIC score 880.
